Beersbridge Annex Glasgow

Glasgow is Scotland's largest city. It hosts a wide selection of museums including transport, religion and modern art museums. In 1990, this vibrant city was designated European city of culture.

The majority of Scotland national art organisations can be found in Glasgow such as the Scottish Opera, Scottish Ballet, National theatre of Scotland, Royal National Orchestra and Scottish Youth Theatre.

Many festivals are held in Glasgow during the year and the city boasts many live music pubs, clubs and venues. It was appointed a UNESCO city of music in August 2008.

Glasgow features many beautiful examples of Victorian architecture amongst which the University, City Chamber and Kelvingrove Museum. Visitors in Glasgow will have the possibility to admire some of Charles Rennie mackintosh's works. This famous architect designed many noted buildings.
